Cancellation Policy
**Sweet Jones Farms – Service Policy** All payments are **100% non‑refundable** for any reason. Cancellations, no‑shows, and missed appointments result in full forfeiture of the service fee. Clients may request **one reschedule** if the request is made at least **48 hours before** the appointment. Late requests or missed rescheduled appointments are not eligible for another date. Clients must provide safe access to the property, secure pets, and be present and prepared at the scheduled time. Unsafe or inaccessible conditions may end the appointment with no refund. Outdoor services may be rescheduled for weather, but weather delays do not qualify for refunds. Results are not guaranteed, as gardening outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Sweet Jones Farms may refuse service for unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior. **By booking any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.**
