Our main goal at SJF is to connect all of Louisiana food producers together.  Our wild caught catfish will give you a taste and texture unlike store bought farm raised fish.  We strive to never freeze our fish and our suppliers are in contact with us weekly.  Louisiana is a fish farm in itself, let us connect you to one of the best tasting wild caught fish in Louisiana.
