Louisiana Cracklins

Sweet Jones Farms has something special for ya!  Cooked in cast iron pots, with a family recipe passed down for centuries, our "Cracklins" or "Gratton" is a special treat you do not want to miss!  "Cracklins/ Grattons" in Cajun french, is pork  belly deep fried in hog lard. It is a special known treat in South Louisiana. This treat carries three tasty layers, a crunchy top skin, fat, and Meat!  THIS is what makes it a true Cracklin. It is seasoned perfectly with our own special seasoning. It makes for a great snack or a finger food at parties!
